What is Hidden Hat?
Hidden Hat is a subscription-based platform for creative treatments. With a dedicated team of researchers, copywriters, and designers, we integrate seamlessly with your team, acting as an extension of your creative department. Forget the hassle of equipment, tools, or last-minute hires. You can adjust the pace as your project demands, with the flexibility to increase or decrease intensity, all while maintaining the efficiency your business needs to excel.
What is a treatment?
A creative treatment is a document developed to present ideas, campaigns, narratives, or audiovisual, advertising, or similar proposals. Each treatment includes three sequential tasks: creative research, text, and design.
How does it work?
Once you sign up, you can request as many treatments as your subscription allows, one task at a time. After completing each task—whether research, writing, or design—you can request the next. If you need to work on two treatments simultaneously, you can request a weekly boost to double your capacity.
Why hire Hidden Hat?
Great question! The cost of a full-time senior creative researcher can be high, and hiring freelancers often brings unpredictability during tight deadlines. Our subscription provides consistent access to expert support at a cost comparable to hiring a freelancer for a single treatment—without the stress.
Who will assist me?
Your journey starts with a project manager who schedules a briefing with the director. After that, you’ll communicate directly with the research or design team through your preferred platform, whether email or WhatsApp.
What is the limit?
With the Basic Subscription, you can complete up to 4 treatments per month, while the Pro Subscription allows up to 10. Note that tasks are handled one at a time. For simultaneous tasks, a boost can be purchased.
How long does a task take? And a treatment?
The minimum is 1 day per task. And the minimum for a treatment is 3 days.
How do the reviews work?
You can review as many times as you want, any of the steps. But remember that this will impact the final delivery deadline.
What are the days and hours of operation?
Every day of the month from 9:30am to 7:00 pm, except on national holidays and during the collective year-end recess, which lasts approximately 15 consecutive days, with the exact dates to be determined annually.
How is the research delivered?
The research can be shared in two ways: organized in Dropbox folders (with films, cuts, and frames) or applied directly to the V1 design. We believe the second approach makes treat development faster, making decisions more visual and precise from the start.
How is the text delivered?
Texts are shared via Google Docs, enabling collaboration between the director and ghostwriter.

How do I cancel the plan?
You can cancel at any time. To do this, simply send an email or message making this request at least 10 days in advance of your subscription renewal date. Upon cancellation, you can use the service until the end of the current month, and your subscription will end in the following month.
